SALTED BUTTER WASHED GIN MARTINI INGREDIENTS
2.5ouncesbutter washed gin
.5 ounces vermouth
GARNISH
Fresh Baguette Slice/s

GIN BUTTER WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
COMBINE
Use a measuring cup to measure the gin, pour in the melted butter. Give it a stir. Next, pour the mixture into a mason jar with a lid or a cocktail shaker. Seal the container and give the butter and gin mixture a 30 second shake.
INFUSE
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight for max flavor to infuse, Shake occasionally.
CHILL
Place the jar | cocktail shaker in the freezer for 2 hours or in the refrigerator overnight if choosing max flavor. The butter should be solidified.
STRAINING
Remove the gin mixture from the freezer or refrigerator and skim off the solicited fats. Strain the butter washed gin into a clean jar with a lid to remove any remaining fats. Repeat the straining multiple times if necessary.
STORING FOR USE
The Salted Butter Washed Gin is now ready to use in cocktails or sipped neat. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
SALTED BUTTER MARTINI MIXOLOGY
Butter a baguette slice generously. Sprinkle with flaked salt. Place on an edible flower. Next, skewer a few olives and a pearl onion/s. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice. Pour in the salted butter washed gin and the vermouth. Shake for 10 seconds. That is the magic! Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the prepared baguette slice and the olive skewer.
