Ingredients
  

Paloma Cocktail

  • 2 ounces of tequila or vodka
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave or simple syrup
  • 2 ounces of grapefruit soda substitute club soda

GARNISH

  • Margarita Salt or Sanding Sugar
  • Grapefruit Slices or Wedges
  • Edible Flowers optional
  • Lime Wedge optional

Instructions
 

  • Rim a chilled glass with margarita salt or sanding sugar.
  • Add the tequila, agave syrup, grapefruit juice, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail mixing glass. Stir vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Fill the prepared glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the paloma cocktail mixture over the ice slowly. Top with the chilled grapefruit soda.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and an edible flower.

Notes

  1. Substitute the tequila with vodka.
  2. For a classic Paloma, serve in a chilled glass and mix with ice cold ingredients.
