1small cantaloupechilled and sliced into 1/2 inch discs, seeds removed
1small honeydew melonchilled and sliced into 1/2 in discs, seeds removed
1small seedless watermelonchilled and sliced into 1/2 inch discs
1cupblueberries and/or blackberrieswashed and air dried
1cupfresh diced coconutsubstitute with dried coconut

Cut the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, watermelon, and feta cheese into cubes, stars, hearts, or a shape/s of your choice with cookie cutters.
HONEY LIME DRESSING
In a small bowl, add the hot honey, lime juice, Tajin, and salt. Stir to combine.

Berry Melon Party Fruit Salad Board
Arrange the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and feta slices around the board stacking and scattering as you go. Add the blueberries and/or blackberries, coconut chunks around the Fruit Salad Party Board. Slowly drizzle with the Hot Honey & Lime Dressing over the fruit. Sprinkle on the Tajin. Garnish with lime wedges, fresh mint sprigs, dried coconut (optional) and a sprinkle of flaky salt (optional). Place a small dish of party picks and/or tongs for serving.
SERVING BOWL
Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle on the dressing and give it a gentle toss. Lastly, garnish with lime wedges, fresh mint sprigs, dried coconut (optional) and a sprinkle of flaky salt (optional).
