12ouncesfresh cranberrieswashed and bad cranberries removed.
1medium navel orangewashed skin
1/2cupssugar
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Cut the orange into quarters. Carefully remove the flesh. Using a paring knife, remove as much of the pith as possible. Place the orange flesh and peel with pith removed into a food processor with the sugar and the cinnamon. Add the fresh cranberries. Pulse until just chopped. Be careful not to pulverize into mush.
Place into a sealed container or jar for at least 2 days before serving. When the flavors meld the magic happens.
