Easy Berries & Yogurt Parfait Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strawberries diced to fit in popsicle mold
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or blackberries diced to fit in popsicle mold
  • 3/4 cups granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing large measuring cup, add the yogurt and milk. Whisk to combine.
  • Drop just a tiny bit of the diced blackberries or blueberries and strawberries into the well of a popsicle mold. Pour in a bit of the milk and yogurt mixture. Repeat with the fruit and again with the yogurt and milk, leaving 1/2 inch of room in the mold.
  • Mix together the honey and granola in a small bowl. Finish filling the mold with the granola mixture.
  • Freeze for 3 hours.

Notes

  1. In this recipe I used whole milk. Substitute with Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, or Oat Milk. Simply swap using same measurements.
