1head of cabbage cut into 8 wedgesCore and outer layers removed.
2Burrata balls in water
1cuppistachios
3/4cupsextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully place the cabbage wedges in a vertical row on the prepared baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes. The edges of the cabbage will be just charred.
Remove from the oven and pull the Burrata down the center of the baked cabbage. Sprinkle on the pistachios and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
Serve Immediately!

Burrata cannot be baked. Add it when the baked cabbage comes out of the oven.
