Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cabbage cut into 8 wedges Core and outer layers removed.
  • 2 Burrata balls in water
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully place the cabbage wedges in a vertical row on the prepared baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. The edges of the cabbage will be just charred.
  • Remove from the oven and pull the Burrata down the center of the baked cabbage. Sprinkle on the pistachios and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
  • Serve Immediately!

Notes

  1. Burrata cannot be baked. Add it when the baked cabbage comes out of the oven.
