Tangy Green Apple Citrus Slaw
Ingredients
Slaw
- 3 medium green apples, peeled or unpeeled and sliced into thin strips
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded thin
- 4 green onions, diced thin
- 3/4 cups italian parsley, chopped
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Garnish
- sesame seeds
- green apple slice
- sprig of parsley
Instructions
Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients to combine. Set aside.
Toss all of the prepared slaw ingredients in a medium bowl and drizzle on the prepared dressing. Continue to toss until slaw is coated.
