Spicy Triple Chocolate Brownie Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix or 3 cups of your favorite powdered brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Chocolate Brownie Cookies Instructions
Preheat oven 350° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Use an ice cream scoop, to dollop mounds fo the cookie dough to the prepared pan.
Wet the bottom of a glass and press each mound with gentle pressure. The goal is to flatten just to disc form.
Bake the cookies for 13 to 17 minutes.
Cool on a baking rack.
