Soaked in HDC Sweet Ghost Pepper Vodka, this delicious protein packed snack is full of fiber and vitamins. Snacking that is delicious and good for you at the same time.

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Heritage Distillery Sweet Ghost Pepper Vodka
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon corse salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cover the chickpeas with the HDC Sweet Ghost Pepper Vodka and soak for 4 hours. Drain.
Gently toss together the chickpeas, olive oil, brown sugar, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Spread the chickpea mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
