Ingredients 

Cups

4 Sparkling Charm Candied Apple Cups

Candied Apple Crisp Christmas Cups

Filling

4 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
1 cup favorite granola
2 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 Brown Sugar Bourbon
1/4 cup water

Note: You may substitute the Brown Sugar Bourbon for Regular Bourbon. 

Toppings
whipped cream
Brown Sugar Bourbon Spiced Apple Syrup (from spiced apples used in recipe)

Directions

1. Make 4 Sparkling Charm Candied Apple Cups and set aside to cool.

Filling

1. Using a medium bowl, toss the diced apples together with the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

2.  In  a medium-large saucepan, melt the 1 tablespoon butter over medium-low heat. Add the apple mixture and the Brown Sugar Bourbon and continue to cook until the sugars caramelize.

3. Next, add the water and cover with a lid. Checking occasionally, cook until the apples are tender.

4. Remove the apples from heat and let cool at room temperature.

Build 

1. Spoon the granola into the Sparkling Charm Candied Apple Cups.

2. Next, spoon the apple filling carefully into each Sparkling Charm Candied Apple Cups.

3. Add a dollop of whipped cream .

4. Drizzle with remaining Brown Sugar Bourbon Spiced Apple Syrup.

5. Sprinkle with granola.
