Red White and Blue Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut, cold (I love this squeeze bottle. It is great in cocktails.)
- 1/4 cup whole sour cream, cold
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut chips/flakes
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Ambrosia Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the Coco Creme of Coconut, sour cream, and the heavy whipping cream. Mix at medium speed until peaks form.
Fold in the blackberries, raspberries, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
Store ambrosia salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
