Maple Pecans Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup maple syrup
- cinnamon (optional)
- sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions
Add the pecans and the maple syrup to a heavy bottom skillet. Give the pecans a stir in the syrup an spread across the bottom of the pan. Turn the heat to medium until the syrup just begins to bubble. Drop the heat to medium low and fold and stir the pecans until a sugar forms on the pecans. (This should take around five minutes.) Turn off the heat and sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt. Pour onto the prepared parchment surface to cool.
