Mini Burger Bloody Mary. Well Hello Delicious! What do you like on your hamburger? How about a Bloody Mary under your hamburger? ….SMILE!
Bloody Mary
3 cups tomato juice
1 cup dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons olive juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 ounce vodka per drink
Hamburger
99% ground beef, fried or grilled into a 3 inch round patty
Hawaiian sweet rolls
cream cheese
spinach
bacon, cooked crisp
Garnishes
kabob skewers
small tomato
green onions
sweet peppers
pepperoncini peppers
bacon
broccoli rabe
Bloody Mary Mixology
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 20 seconds.
2. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Hamburger Prep
*Just before creating the garnish, build the burger.
Garnish
*Thread the kabob stick with burger and garnishes.
1. Salt the rim of a glass and add ice.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/4 full with ice, the Bloody Mary Mix, and one ounce of vodka (optional).
3. Shake! Shake! Shake!
4. Pour the Bloody Mary into the glass .
5. Stick in your Mini Burger Kabob!
