Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 14 ounce jar of pimentos, drained
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 pound, sliced smoked turkey
- 12 thin slices of tomato/es
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
Hot Brown Slider Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
3. Pull the sweet Hawaiian Rolls apart and slice each roll in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish centers facing up.
4. Add a tablespoon of pimento cheese on each bottom half of the Hot Brown Sliders Recipe, then gently spread with the back of a spoon.
