PALOMA COCKTAIL

  • 2 ounces of tequila or vodka
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice, chilled
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave or simple syrup
  • 2 ounces of grapefruit soda, chilled (substitute club soda)
  • ice

GARNISH

Instructions | Mixology

  1. Rim a chilled glass with margarita salt or sanding sugar.
  2. Add the tequila, agave syrup, grapefruit juice, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail mixing glass. Stir for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill the prepared glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the paloma cocktail mixture over the ice slowly. Top with the chilled grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and an edible flower.
