This recipe fills 3-16 ounce containers or 6-8 ounce containers.
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 cup cocoa powder or 5 packages of hot cocoa mix
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
Individual Containers: 16 ounces, 8 ounces

Note: If you aren’t choosing to use containers, freeze a 9x 5x 3 inch pan.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and the cold whipping cream to a large mixing bowl. (Stir in the optional vanilla.)
Whip the mixture with a mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
Gently Fold in the mini chocolate chips and the mini marshmallows.
Scoop the Frozen Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Ice Cream into the individual containers or the prepared pan.
Freeze for 5 hours.
