Frozen Caramel Cream Coffee

Rich, decadent, and delicious! Frozen Caramel Cream Coffee is an easy frozen treat that will for sure help you beat the summer heat! 

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
3/4 cups brown sugar
3 1/3 cups cold coffee
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups Baileys Carmel Irish Cream…or the entire bottle!
1 dash ground nutmeg

Instructions

Add the brown sugar to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the hot coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.

Stir in the Baileys Caramel Irish Cream, cold coffee, vanilla, heavy cream, and nutmeg until well combined.

Place in the freezer for 8 hours. Remove and give it a stir.

Return to the freezer and continue to freeze for 2 more hours.

Take the Frozen Caramel Cream & Coffee out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Scoop into a glass or punchbowl.

Optional: Add chocolate drizzle and chocolate shavings or perhaps salt the rim of the glass.
