Figgy Coconut Creamsicles
Summer isn’t over yet! Today I am tossing up one of my personal favorite frozen treats. This tangy sweet delight came to be when my secret sweet stash was empty and I had to resort to what I could combine in the kitchen cabinets!
This is a perfect treat for a Labor Day Weekend Treat!

Figgy Coconut Creamsicles
Ingredients
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
4 sliced fresh figs
sliced almonds
Directions
1. In a small bowl, add the yogurt and the coconut milk and mix until well combined.
2. Place the sliced figs flat against the popsicle molds.
3. Carefully spoon the yogurt coconut mixture into the molds.
4. Stick in the popsicle sticks.
5. Press a few sliced almonds around the sticks.
5. Freeze for 2 hours.
6. Remove the Figgy Coconut from molds and enjoy!
