Instructions: How To Build Endive Charcuterie Boats

Cut the board selections into bite sized pieces.

Using a spoon place six or eight dollops of pimento cheese (or your favorite spread) down the center of the platter or board. Next, using the back of the spoon, spread the pimento cheese in a line. This will help keep your boats in place while building them.

Place the two endive leaves on on the dalops base to base. Add another spoon of your spread in where the endive meet.

Starting from the center, build the Endive Charcuterie Boats from the center out. Garnish with fresh herb leaves and edible flowers.

Enjoy!

Endive Charcuterie Boats Appetizer Recipe Notes

  1. I used Buffalo Chicken Spread from Trader Joe’s for this recipe.
  2. If you prefer to serve these endive boats without an appetizer plate. Build them on just one endive leaf.
