Easy Strawberry Granola Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark
Makes 12 to 16 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 – 24 ounce container plain greek yogurt
- 4 heaping tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups honey vanilla granola (or your favorite)
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment. Set aside.
First, mix the yogurt, cinnamon, and honey in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan with the back of a rubber spatula.
Sprinkle the strawberries and granola over the top of the yogurt and slightly press.
Freeze until completely frozen. Remove from the freezer and cut into 12 or 14 pieces. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap freeze in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
