Easy Pecan Sweet Rolls

With a hint of spice, these easy to make sweet rolls are perfect for Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, Brunch, or a Saturday Morning Treat!

Easy Pecan Sweet Rolls
Ingredients
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
1/4 cup light corn syrup
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
dash salt
3/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
6 frozen Rhodes dinner rolls, slightly thawed and cut into halves
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, add the brown sugar, butter, water, salt, and the pumpkin pie spice. Stirring constantly to dissolve, bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 1 minute . Stir in the pecans. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Evenly distribute the spiced pecan syrup among the cups of a 12 cup muffin pan.
3. Place a frozen roll in each cup.
4. Cover lightly with a clean baking cloth or a lightly greased piece of plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until they double in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
6. Remove cover and bake until golden brown. About 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Turn the rolls out upside down on a serving plate and spoon the pecan mixture over the tops.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
