Easy Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe
Makes 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries, washed and bad cranberries removed.
- 1 medium navel orange, washed skin
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cranberry Orange Relish Instructions
Cut the orange into quarters. Carefully remove the flesh. Using a paring knife, remove as much of the pith as possible.
Place the orange flesh and peel with pith removed into a food processor with the sugar and the cinnamon. Add the fresh cranberries.
Pulse until just chopped. Be careful not to pulverize into mush.
Spoon into a sealed container or jar for at least 2 days before serving. When the flavors meld the magic happens.
