Easy Berries & Yogurt Parfait Popsicles Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup strawberries, diced to fit in popsicle mold
- 1/4 cup blueberries or blackberries, diced to fit in popsicle mold
- 3/4 cups granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
Parfait Popsicle instructions
In a mixing large measuring cup, add the yogurt and milk. Whisk to combine.
Drop just a tiny bit of the diced blackberries or blueberries and strawberries into the well of a popsicle mold. Pour in a bit of the milk and yogurt mixture. Repeat with the fruit and again with the yogurt and milk, leaving 1/2 inch of room in the mold.
Mix together the honey and granola in a small bowl. Finish filling the mold with the granola mixture.
Freeze for 3 hours!

- In this recipe I used whole milk. Substitute with Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, or Oat Milk. Simply swap using same measurements.
