Ingredients
- 1 – 8 ounce brie cheese wheel
- 2 large fresh plums, sliced into wedges
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
- crushed graham crackers
- just a sprinkle flaky salt
- favorite crackers and graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the turbinado sugar, cinnamon, and graham crackers into a small bowl and mix together.
Place the brie wheel on the baking sheet and arrange slices plum on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with a touch of flaked salt.
Serve with graham crackers and your favorite cracker or bread on a pretty plate.
