Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage, uncooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups flour, all purpose
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until completely mixed. (Using clean hands works best.) Scoop and roll into balls.
Place on the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature with Cranberry Jezebel Sauce.
