1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 thin slices fresh ginger
2 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons pink salt

Instructions

Add the chicken bone broth, coconut milk, and the lime juice to a pot over low heat.

Wrap the ginger, cloves, and the cinnamon stick securely in cheese cloth.  Add it to the pot.  Adjust the heat to medium-high and cook for 15 minutes to infuse flavors.

Stir in the salt and turn the heat back to a low slow simmer.

Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly and divide between 2 bowls.

Top the rice noodles with the shredded chicken and ladle the hot broth over the top.

Sprinkle each bowl with the green onions and drizzle with hot pepper oil. Add a lime slice, a few red peppers, mint leaves, and purple basil.

Optional: Garnish with edible flowers.
