Cheesy Skillet Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
frozen meatballs
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
4 cups spaghetti squash, cooked with flesh removed
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
chives, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Grease the bottom of a cast iron skillet with olive oil and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Toss the cooked spaghetti squash with the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the spaghetti squash to the skillet and add the meatballs and mushrooms.
4. Cover with the marinara sauce.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and top with the shredded mozzarella.
7. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
8. Garnish with chopped chives.
