Chantilly Cream (Crème Chantilly) Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tablespoon white sugar, caster sugar, or powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Stand Mixer
Add the chilled heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and the sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer. With the whisk attachment, mix on medium speed until peaks form.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Hand Mixer
In a medium mixing bowl, add the chilled heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar. With a hand mixer, beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
