When I was a little girl my mother always took me for one small scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone after Saturday ballet in my pink tutu.
Looking through the glass into ice cream filled barrels, my heart always skipped a beat when I spotted the rainbow of bubble gum balls scattered throughout vanilla ice cream.
What could be better than eating DREAMY! CREAMY! VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH FROZEN GUM BALLS IN A HOT PINK TUTU AND A BLACK LEOTARD? SMILE! MEMORIES!
You could of course make homemade vanilla ice cream, but today I am keeping it oh so simple!
Sparkle! Sparkle! XX-gwyn
1 quart of your favorite vanilla ice cream
rainbow gum balls
sugar cones
Place the vanilla ice cream on the counter and let it soften for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the softened vanilla ice cream to a bowl and stir in the gum balls. Pour into a freezer container and re-freeze for 2 hours.
Scoop and enjoy.
PS I got the cute ice cream stand in the photo here.
