- 4 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 cups of water

Spa Water Instructions
In a large bowl add 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 4 cups of water stir. Give the fruits and vegetables a dip in the solution. Rinse. This will remove wax and pesticides.
Slice your fruits and vegetables and add them to your bottle. Drop in any herbs you choose. Add the filtered water and fill to the rim. Cool in the refrigerator.
