Unless I am pulling a recipe from my “personally written tried and true” recipe box, new recipes are created with at least two or three “Sparkle Fails” before they make it to Sparkling Cham. On a rare occasion do things turn out fine and dandy on the first try. GUESS WHAT!!!! This was one of those occasions.

Agave Roasted Heirloom Carrots
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds heirloom carrots, peeled and washed
- 4 tablespoons agave
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flaked salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Roasted Carrot Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a small bowl, add the butter, agave, and dijon. Mix with a fork until combined.
Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with Dijon mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Plate and ENJOY!
