A Fresh Bouquet Tip To Add A Fresh & Unique Touch To Your Favorite Flowers
Supplies
- 1 bunch of your favorite flowers
I chose hydrangeas, ranunculus, and roses as a is brunch centerpiece bouquet which I used as an entry table bouquet after.
- 9 to 12 6″ – 8 ” hearty sprigs of fresh mint (This will vary with different bouquet sizes.)
You can get fresh mint in most any grocery store. I have several varieties planted in my flower beds and individual pots. If you have never planted mint, pick a spot for it to thrive. It takes over quickly and can survive winters when cut back and covered.
- flower sheers
- vase
- water
- flower frog or flower arrangers
I usually grab a few free packs of flower food when I buy flowers and keep them on hand. Florists are always happy to share extras.

- Trim your flowers using the flower sheers to fit the vase.
- Starting in the center of the , randomly add your flowers to the water.
- In groups of three sprigs, carefully work the mint between flowers so that the tips of the stems touch the water. If the fresh flowers didn’t cause the water to rise, add just a touch for your mint.
