This easy three ingredient recipe is sure to make tails wag.
3 Ingredient Diggity Dog Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup 100% natural unsweetened smooth peanut butter, not additives
Charming Things Tip: I have this set of doggie cookie cutters and molds. These are cute too.
Directions
1. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and peanut butter with a wooden spoon.
3. Add the rice flour a little at a time mixing until a smooth dough forms.
4. With floured hands, shape the dough into a disc and cover in plastic wrap.
5. Place the disc in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 325˚.
7. Prepare a floured surface and roll the chilled dough to about 1/2″ thickness.
8. Cut out the cookies and place on the prepared baking sheet.
9. Poke a few holes in each cookie with a toothpick for air to escape.
9. Bake the cookies for 25 to 30 minutes.
10. Cool on a baking rack.
11. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for two weeks.
